Jason led the Maryland Congressional Delegation’s successful 2005 BRAC campaign, bringing tens of thousands of high-tech and intelligence jobs to the state. Working with Senate appropriators, he helped deliver hundreds of millions of dollars for Maryland’s military installations and federal facilities.
Jason graduated from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA with a B.A. in History. He considers himself a proud DC-area native and resides in Leesburg, VA with his wife and three children. Even today, Jason believes in striving for bipartisanship – he met his wife, a former GOP Hill staffer, during a Congressional softball game!
