Matthew Mazzanti

As Operations Manager, Matthew aids Crossroads Strategies in a wide scope of endeavors, ranging from daily financial operations to HR coordination. In addition to these roles, Matthew facilitates the business development research process and focuses on improving office communication and efficiency. Matthew was born and raised in Louisiana where he attended Loyola College Prep. He majored in Public Policy Leadership, Banking & Finance, and Managerial Finance at the University of Mississippi, where he graduated from the School of Business.
