Mathew Lapinski

Mathew Lapinski is a Senior Partner at Crossroads Strategies, LLC. Mat represents a broad spectrum of clients across multiple practice areas. Mat has over a decade of advocacy experience in the complex corridors of Washington’s federal legislative and regulatory institutions.

Taking a unique route into the advocacy arena, Mat has spent his entire career dedicated solely to legislative and regulatory advocacy. Beginning as a lobbyist for healthcare and insurance interests, Mat now covers a broad array of policy disciplines including but not limited to financial services, education, energy, healthcare, and security policy. Having worked in both contract lobbying practices and trade associations, he well understands the inner workings of large and small-scale advocacy efforts, and the importance of building the winning coalitions and integrated campaigns necessary for client success.

Before joining Crossroads, Mat was part of the public policy practice at SNR Denton and part of the lobbying team at the Property and Casualty Insurers Association of America. Like other Crossroads team members, he is highly active in campaigns and elections for federal and state office.

Mat is a 2002 graduate of Georgetown University.
