TJ Lucas

TJ Lucas is a Vice President at Crossroads Strategies, LLC. TJ advocates for clients in a variety of industries providing strategic guidance on complex federal policy and working with Members of Congress and the Administration.

Prior to joining Crossroads, TJ served as Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Joe Manchin III (D-WV), Chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee and member of the Senate Appropriations and Armed Services Committees. During his 6.5 years with Senator Manchin’s office, TJ forged bipartisan relationships, organized national coalitions, and produced legislative successes. TJ served as a policy advisor on a variety of issues including health, education, labor, pensions, housing, and appropriations.

TJ is a native of Southern West Virginia and graduated with a B.S. in Public Policy and a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Charleston (WV).
